Customer Implementation Intern (SaaS)

What you will do

• Support multiple client implementation projects and help deliver deployments on time and to quality standards.
• Understand client business processes and contribute to solution design and configuration.
• Participate in client workshops, project meetings, and change management activities.
• Assist with product demonstrations, training sessions, and stakeholder presentations.
• Build client relationships, support issue resolution, and contribute to a strong customer experience.
• Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Commercial teams by sharing client feedback and market insights.

Requirements

• Native-level French and fluent English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence interacting with clients and presenting ideas to different audiences.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Curiosity about technology, SaaS solutions, and business operations.
• Additional languages, especially Italian or Spanish.
