Project Manager – Programmes (Defense AI)

Defense AI company building AI-guided interceptors for drones and cruise missiles alongside the software platform that powers them.

What you will do

• Coordinate customer programmes, tracking milestones, deliverables, project plans, and risks from planning through deployment.
• Align engineering, product, operations, and commercial teams to ensure smooth programme execution.
• Coordinate technical and commercial partners and support customer relationships during deployments and demonstrations.
• Collect customer feedback, translate operational needs into product improvements, and contribute to roadmap discussions.
• Prepare field trials, demonstrations, testing scenarios, presentations, and customer-facing materials.
• Capture field lessons learned and use them to improve future products and programmes.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in project management, operations, product, consulting, or a similar role; internships and entrepreneurial experience are valued.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Interest in AI, robotics, autonomous systems, or defense technologies.
• Professional fluency in English is mandatory.
