Biologics Development Scientist

Location: Remote, U.S. only

Compensation: $200–$400 per hour

What you will do

• Evaluate and map approaches for assembling antibody fragments into multispecific formats using in vitro conjugation methods.
• Review the technology and intellectual property/freedom-to-operate landscape for multispecific antibody assembly.
• Identify strategies and candidate interventions to improve cell-specific productivity in CHO perfusion culture.
• Use published literature across transcriptomics, metabolomics, media optimization, and cell line engineering.
• Cover both workstreams as one consultant or contribute as a specialist in one area.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in protein engineering, biochemistry, bioprocess engineering, molecular biology, or a related discipline.
• Experience with antibody engineering, fragment conjugation, multispecific antibody design, and/or CHO cell culture and bioprocessing.
• Familiarity with literature and IP/FTO landscape analysis.
• Available for a short-term, flexible engagement of approximately 10 hours per week.
• Must be located in the United States.

Nice to have

• Industry or CDMO background in biologics development.
