Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite daily

What you will do

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet health, deployment readiness, and site performance.
  • Lead technical initiatives, diagnostic methods, predictive maintenance, fleet upgrades, and safety compliance.
  • Analyze fleet performance data, monitor KPIs, and report trends and improvement opportunities to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with product teams, ride-hail operations managers, diagnostic teams, and vehicle partners to maximize vehicles in service.
  • Build and lead a high-performing fleet development and readiness team, including staffing, coaching, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage third-party vendors and partners against fleet performance and development standards.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in fleet maintenance, mechanical engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Experience leading and developing vehicle technicians in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive vehicle systems and related infrastructure.
  • Proven project management, work-order triage, vehicle-flow coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship and be located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, with the ability to work onsite daily.
  • Must be available to work outside standard business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience with the Kaizen framework and daily incremental process and system improvements.
  • Experience with autonomous vehicles.
