Finance Manager (E-commerce)

hirify.global operates an e-commerce marketplace and is building finance operations to support marketplace sellers, vendors, and business growth.

What you will do

• Set up accounting systems and processes in line with accounting standards and manage periodic book closures.
• Coordinate statutory, tax, internal, and investor audits with auditors, tax authorities, government bodies, and external consultants.
• Prepare and present periodic financial statements to the VP of Finance.
• Manage direct and indirect tax compliance, statutory filings, payments, litigation, and company compliance requirements.
• Establish internal financial controls and oversee cash flow planning, banking, treasury, and payment processes for sellers and vendors.
• Support finance team development, supervise the accounting service provider, and contribute to special projects including ERP implementation.

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant with 3–7 years of experience in accounting and finance.
• Experience in e-commerce, FMCG, or retail is preferred; e-commerce experience is an advantage.
• Article-ship experience at a top-10 audit firm, preferably a Big Four firm.
• Ability to provide finance, accounting, and taxation expertise to business and partner functions.
• Strong financial reporting, business analysis, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with limited resources and tight timelines.
