Salary: $130,000–$220,000 per year base salary at commencement of employment, plus potential bonuses, Roivant equity, Vant equity, and company-sponsored benefits.

What you will do

• Lead early-stage ideation and evaluate healthcare technology opportunities based on strategic fit, time to market, validation pathways, and market potential.
• Assess markets, competitors, product landscapes, and technologies to de-risk new venture incubations.
• Oversee initial company building across product development, business development, operations, and fundraising.
• Recruit and develop leadership teams for newly created Vants.
• Support the ongoing success of incubated ventures through board participation and oversight.
• Lead or support external financing efforts for new Vants.
