Engineer, Firmware Engineering (C++/Python)

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, integrate, and maintain firmware for eHDD products.
• Implement data structures, software algorithms, data paths, and drivers for hardware cores using C++ and Python.
• Develop storage products with SAS, SATA, and PCIe interfaces.
• Collaborate on hardware-software solutions involving servers, RAID, and Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Plan and coordinate technical investigations from problem statement through conclusion.
• Create design documentation for firmware development phases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• Knowledge of C/C++, object-oriented programming, Python, data structures, and algorithms.
• Good command of English communication.
• Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learn new firmware, hardware, systems, tools, and methodologies quickly.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with ARM or ARC microcontroller architecture, embedded systems, and RTOS.
• Knowledge of SAS, SATA, and PCIe interfaces.
• Experience with bus analyzers, emulators, and firmware debugging tools.
• Experience with data analytics or machine learning.
