What you will do
- Own the end-to-end compliance strategy, operating model, priorities, and roadmap.
- Manage patient safety, quality, regulatory, information security, privacy, and operational risks.
- Design scalable policies, controls, workflows, and audit-ready compliance processes.
- Lead, manage, and coach a high-performing compliance team.
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Operations, auditors, customers, and regulators.
- Lead internal and external audits, certifications, customer compliance requests, and due diligence activities.
Requirements
- Degree in Law, Business Administration, Information Security, Quality Management, Medical Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in compliance, audit, project management, information security, or similarly demanding environments.
- Experience leading audits, certifications, compliance programs, or complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Understanding of healthcare, quality, regulatory, information security, or privacy frameworks, including MDR, ISO 13485, ISO 27001, BSI C5, and GDPR.
- Ability to collaborate with technical teams and understand modern software environments, security controls, and software development processes.
- Fluency in German and English, with English at C1 level or higher.
