Data Scientist (Machine Learning)

What you will do

• Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Data Science teams to shape product strategy.
• Apply statistical, machine learning, and econometric models to large datasets.
• Measure outcomes, identify causal impacts and attribution, and predict future user or product performance.
• Design, implement, and launch data science solutions at scale.
• Design, analyze, and interpret experiments while developing product metrics and observability.
• Drive data collection and refinement, and create analyses that support data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of data science experience with a record of thought leadership and innovation.
• PhD or MS in a quantitative field such as Engineering, Mathematics, Natural Sciences, or Economics.
• Expert knowledge of Python or R and SQL.
• Theoretical and applied expertise in statistics, machine learning, and experimental design.
• Experience designing and implementing complex modeling solutions from ideation to production at scale.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, influencing, project management, and organizational skills.
