Product Technical Support Technician (Fintech)

Location: On-site at the Florida Department of Health WIC EBT office, US; Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, with occasional flexibility after 5:00 PM based on business needs.

hirify.global provides fintech solutions and is contracted with the Florida Department of Health to deliver WIC EBT services.

What you will do

• Manage WIC EBT vendor enrollment, onboarding, training, certification, and ongoing support.
• Investigate WIC recipient fraud and potential program abuse.
• Perform WIC vendor audits and support compliance activities.
• Analyze transaction, inventory, and redemption data to identify compliance issues and fraud risks.
• Maintain vendor and program records and coordinate supply-chain activities.
• Handle inquiries and resolve operational challenges with vendors, agencies, and technology providers.

Requirements

• Ability to work effectively with people with different personalities.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
• Detail-oriented approach.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience.
• Ability to work on-site at the Florida Department of Health WIC EBT office during the stated business hours.
