PMO Scheduler - Airports

What you will do

• Build and maintain the integrated master schedule across workstreams and vendors.
• Baseline schedules, capture progress, manage updates, and control re-baselining under change procedures.
• Model critical paths, float, dependencies, resource loading, and what-if scenarios.
• Produce milestone trackers, schedule reports, critical-path analysis, and slippage analysis for PMO and leadership.
• Identify schedule risks and conflicts, support mitigation planning, and assure schedule quality.
• Integrate schedule data with cost and resources to support earned-value reporting.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience building and maintaining large, complex integrated schedules.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
• Proven ability to perform critical-path, float, dependency, and scenario analysis.
• Rigorous approach to progress capture, baselining, re-baselining, and schedule integrity.
• Ability to produce clear schedule reports and explain plan status to non-planners.
• Degree or professional qualification in a relevant discipline, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience in aviation, airport, construction, or critical-infrastructure programmes.
• Familiarity with earned-value management and cost/schedule integration.
• Planning certifications such as PMI-SP, APM PMQ, or Primavera certification.
• Exposure to ORAT and go-live or cutover planning.
