Alternative Investments Product Specialist – Eastern Region

Location: New York City; flexible hybrid model with a minimum of 3 days in the office per week for most roles

Salary: $150,000–$200,000 base salary, plus performance bonus

What you will do

• Generate and execute new client relationships with independent broker-dealers in the Eastern Region.
• Develop expertise across hedge funds, private equity funds, ’40 Act funds, equity and debt syndication, structured solutions, and other investment products.
• Support fund manager coverage, client engagement, product positioning, sales campaigns, and client pitches.
• Prepare presentations, marketing collateral, and tailored product launch strategies.
• Coordinate manager due diligence and selection processes focused on product breadth and investment quality.
• Plan and execute roadshows, conferences, and cross-functional product onboarding initiatives.

Requirements

• 5–10+ years of internal and/or external sales experience in the alternatives space.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, or a related discipline.
• Series 7 and Series 63 licenses required.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, written communication, verbal communication, and client service skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite and Salesforce.
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or N8N for research synthesis, materials preparation, and client communications.
