Asset Manager Solutions, International - Assistant Vice President

Location: New York, New York, United States; office attendance required Monday–Thursday, with remote work available on Friday

Salary: $110,000–$130,000 base salary annually, plus equity and an annual performance bonus

hirify.global operates an investment platform supporting the onboarding, structuring, and distribution of private market funds for global distributors and asset managers.

What you will do

• Support senior relationship managers in covering private equity, private credit, and alternative asset managers.
• Assist with structuring and launching investment products, including evergreen funds and feeder vehicles.
• Coordinate fund onboarding and launches with Legal, Compliance, Product, Operations, and Platform teams.
• Prepare presentations, client meeting materials, internal memos, and meeting notes.
• Organize calls with global clients and internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage execution timelines, approval processes, market research, business acquisition, and ongoing client relationships.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in asset management, fund formation, consulting, or financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees or professional qualifications are advantageous.
• Strong interest in international activities, alternative investments, and private markets.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate across teams, manage multiple priorities, and interact with senior stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented execution mindset and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Nice to have

• Understanding of fund structures and investment vehicles.
• Work experience outside the United States.
