Senior Product Designer (AI)

Location: Sofia Office, Bulgaria; hybrid

What you will do

• Own design outcomes for complex product areas from discovery through delivery.
• Run research and validation activities and translate insights into product decisions.
• Design flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished experiences across web, desktop, and mobile.
• Partner with product and engineering to balance customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
• Contribute to design systems through patterns, components, consistency, and design quality.
• Communicate design decisions through clear rationale, storytelling, evidence, and collaboration.

Requirements

• Strong product thinking and the ability to simplify complex problems.
• Solid research and validation skills, with strong systems thinking and attention to scalability and edge cases.
• Experience designing complex digital products across multiple platforms, ideally desktop-first.
• Strong technical acumen and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in iterative environments.
• High craft standards in interaction design, visual design, and prototyping, with a data-informed mindset.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS or B2B products.
• Experience with AI-enabled features or workflows.
• Technical background or experience with technically complex products.
