What you will do
- Design, develop, test, and enhance complex software systems and cloud-based products.
- Support product refinement through ticket creation, development analysis, troubleshooting, dependency identification, and system hygiene improvements.
- Follow architectural decisions, contribute to brainstorming, and build proof-of-concept implementations and prototypes.
- Contribute to CI/CD, automated testing, test coverage, code reviews, and coding standards.
- Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams on launch, release, go-live, and customer adoption initiatives.
- Use AI tools and techniques for code generation, testing, debugging, optimization, and appropriate AI/ML capability integration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, with 3+ years of experience or equivalent education and experience.
- Knowledge of software design principles, development technologies, and relevant technical domains.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language and experience with web application development.
- Strong understanding of coding standards, code reviews, source control management, software testing, and engineering best practices.
- Ability to collaborate professionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency with code versioning tools such as Git.
Nice to have
- Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, Angular, or React.
- Experience with AWS, including Lambda, CloudFormation, and API Gateway.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and TDD methodologies.
