Styling & Sample Assistant

hirify.global is a fashion retail and e-commerce brand focused on alternative and streetwear subculture fashion.

What you will do

• Pull, steam, organize, and prepare garments for e-commerce, social, campaign, and brand collaboration shoots.
• Support on-set styling by dressing talent and models, managing changes and fit adjustments, and styling flat-lays and still-life photography.
• Manage sample intake, check-in/check-out, tracking, returns, and the physical sample library by category, season, and size.
• Identify missing, damaged, or overdue samples and coordinate follow-up with the Buying Team.
• Support sample archiving, donation, and sell-off processes, as well as light administrative work.
• Coordinate with merchandising, design, buying, marketing, and licensing partners to prioritize sample and styling needs.

Requirements

• Two years of experience as an assistant stylist, styling intern, or sample coordinator, preferably in fashion retail, e-commerce, or brand marketing.
• Strong knowledge of alternative, streetwear, and subculture fashion, including the hirify.global customer.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate sample tracking.
• Ability to lift and carry garment racks and boxes and stand for extended periods during shoots.
• Strong communication skills and comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel and availability for occasional early or late shoot days.

Nice to have

• Personal styling portfolio or contributed content.
• Experience with Adobe or Canva for look boards.
