Internal Communications Associate

Location: New York, United States

Salary: $135,000–$165,000 annual base salary, plus variable year-end compensation.

What you will do

• Develop internal communications strategies and programs aligned with firm goals.
• Draft business updates and communications about strategic initiatives with colleagues and firm leadership.
• Edit and improve firmwide announcements, blog posts, live-event materials, and videos.
• Translate complex information clearly for diverse audiences.
• Support process management and creative brainstorming from idea generation through execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and a demonstrated record of academic and professional achievement.
• Two to five years of experience in communications, professional writing, and/or editorial work.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization and project management skills, attention to detail, collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach to sourcing and executing new ideas.
