Member of Technical Staff (AI)

Location: New York, United States

Salary: $160,000–$250,000 base salary; $240,000–$375,000 total cash, plus 0.1%–0.3% equity and bonus opportunities.

What you will do

• Collaborate with in-house investment bankers to own 0-to-1 projects from ideation through deployment.
• Build across the full stack in a 100% TypeScript codebase using React and Node.
• Develop and improve in-house AI agents for the investment banking platform.
• Build complex recommendation and search algorithms.
• Work directly with the CTO on a platform designed to increase investment banker productivity.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience shipping 0-to-1 products.
• Professional experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.
• Ability to work as a generalist across the stack.
• Strong product sense and ability to operate independently as a product manager and designer.
• Comfort working in ambiguous and unstructured startup environments.
