Lease and Financing Specialist - German speaking (M/F/D)

Location: Remote within the DACH region (Germany, Austria, or Switzerland); responsibility for Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Ireland, and England. Travel required: 25%.

What you will do

• Structure tailored lease and financing proposals for transactions ranging from $50,000 to $10,000,000, including software and hardware.
• Engage directly with customers and field sales to generate financing opportunities and drive incremental business.
• Work with sales and multiple business segments to expand adoption of hirify.global Financial Solutions.
• Build customer relationships, assess client needs, and deliver financing solutions.
• Provide training, attend trade shows, and support targeted marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in equipment leasing, structured finance, program development, financial services, and sales or originations.
• Experience structuring lease and financing proposals.
• Strong knowledge of financial and accounting principles, including IFRS and tax accounting.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, customer relationship management, and project management skills.
• Fluent German and English required.

Nice to have

• MBA or Certified Lease & Finance Professional qualification.
• Italian language skills.
• Knowledge of the leasing markets in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Ireland, and the UK.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
