Senior Product Manager (Healthcare)

A startup building a modular software platform that digitizes and optimizes hospital workflows to improve healthcare operations and patient care.

What you will do

• Own and continuously evolve the roadmap for a dedicated module within Patient Treatment and Billing.
• Translate clinical user needs and market signals into problem statements, outcomes, epics, user stories, and measurable acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate customer and regulatory input across discovery, specification, and prioritization.
• Align Engineering, Design, Medical, Implementation, customers, and partners to support predictable delivery.
• Plan feature launches, release readiness, documentation, training, internal rollout, and go-to-market enablement.

Requirements

• Degree in business, computer science, medical informatics, or a comparable field.
• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise startups.
• Strong experience with structured discovery, data-driven prioritization, and reliable delivery.
• Analytical, decisive, and systematic approach to problem-solving, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and align diverse stakeholders.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.

• Technical understanding of APIs, data flows, and system integrations.
