Infrastructure Engineer (AI)

Location: San Francisco Office; on-site 5 days per week

Salary: $175,000–$225,000 base salary, plus equity

What you will do

• Build and operate cloud infrastructure, developer tooling, and platform systems used by product engineers.
• Improve CI/CD, observability, deployment tooling, and internal platforms.
• Support reliable terabyte-scale data synchronization for enterprise customers.
• Coordinate infrastructure for complex workflows that automate mission-critical go-to-market processes.
• Help operate systems handling revenue-generating form submissions and high-volume email delivery.
• Evaluate infrastructure changes pragmatically by balancing cost and business value.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building cloud infrastructure, developer tooling, or platform systems at fast-growing companies.
• Experience shipping and operating systems that other engineers depend on.
• Experience with Go, Kafka, Temporal, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, and GCP.
• Startup mindset and willingness to take ownership in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work on-site in San Francisco five days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience building internal developer tools or platforms that significantly improved engineering productivity.
• Experience at a Series A–C startup that scaled quickly.
• Strong track record of side projects, apps, or hackathons.
