Infrastructure Engineer (AI)

Salary: $250,000–$360,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Design, maintain, and scale cloud infrastructure across compute, storage, and networking.
• Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows for fast, reliable releases.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and observability systems to maintain uptime and performance.
• Optimize infrastructure for ML/AI systems, including batch processing, inference workloads, and data pipelines.
• Build internal tooling that improves how engineers build, test, and deploy software.
• Collaborate with backend, AI, product, and other engineering teams on infrastructure requirements.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, SRE, or backend systems.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python or Go.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker or Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, monitoring, and observability systems.
• Pragmatic ownership mindset with sound judgment in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
