Senior Platform Engineer (AI)

Location: Bellevue, Washington, United States; hybrid

Salary: $170,000–$200,000 per year, plus equity options

What you will do

• Design, develop, and scale core systems powering AI-driven business planning and analytics solutions.
• Build software that simplifies and automates business planning and analytics workflows.
• Translate business requirements into robust, scalable technical implementations with product and solution teams.
• Solve complex challenges involving data processing, financial modeling, and system integration.
• Write maintainable code, conduct code reviews, and promote engineering best practices.
• Architect reusable frontend and backend systems for web and mobile applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or similar languages.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with data-intensive systems and financial data modeling.
• Strong problem-solving skills focused on elegant, scalable solutions for complex business problems.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
