AI-Native Program Manager (AI)

Location: Onsite in Long Island City, United States. Full-time schedule: Saturday and Sunday, 9am–5pm; Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, 2pm–10pm.

Salary: $100,000–$115,000 base per year, plus incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Own persistence, engagement, completion, and career outcomes for a cohort of Builders.
• Coach Builders through challenges, setbacks, and career transitions while building strong one-to-one relationships.
• Lead practical workshops and hands-on sessions focused on real-world AI applications, confidence, agency, and problem-solving.
• Track engagement and performance data, identify at-risk Builders, and coordinate interventions.
• Design lightweight AI-powered tools, agents, automations, workflows, dashboards, and internal systems to improve program effectiveness.
• Partner with the product team by testing AI learning capabilities, identifying experience gaps, and providing actionable feedback.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in operations, startups, customer success, workforce development, hospitality, education, learning and development, community operations, or another fast-paced environment.
• Experience leading groups, coaching individuals, and creating momentum in high-accountability environments.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve workflows, solve operational problems, create learning experiences, or build products.
• Ability to build lightweight automations, agents, workflows, dashboards, or internal tools using AI.
• Strong systems thinking, problem-solving, critical-thinking, organizational, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Long Island City according to the stated evening and weekend schedule.

Nice to have

• Experience in startups, early-stage organizations, workforce development, community operations, or learning and development.
• Experience rapidly learning, testing, and operationalizing emerging technologies.
