Business Analyst (Automotive): Analyzing automotive markets, customer forecasts, commercial portfolios, and operational data with an accent on market intelligence, forecasting, and management-ready insights. Focus on challenging assumptions, connecting project data to company outlooks, and building dashboards, AI agents, and automations for repeatable analysis.
Location: Hybrid in Tel Aviv, Israel

What you will do
- Conduct automotive market intelligence covering industry trends, vehicle production and sales, competitive activity, and external developments.
- Analyze customer forecasts, project volumes, financial inputs, and operational metrics using Excel, BI tools, and AI-assisted workflows.
- Support forecasting processes and connect project and customer assumptions to the broader company outlook.
- Work with customers and internal Sales, Business Development, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Strategy, and global teams to gather information and resolve data gaps.
- Prepare documentation, presentations, and management-ready summaries that translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Improve recurring workflows by defining business processes, building dashboards, and developing AI agents and automations with tools such as Cursor and Claude.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of relevant business analyst or analytical experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with large, imperfect datasets.
- Advanced Excel skills and solid experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Qlik Sense, or similar.
- Experience using AI tools to build workflows, dashboards, or automations.
- Excellent English, written and spoken, is required for management presentations and international stakeholder collaboration.
Nice to have
- Experience in automotive, manufacturing, or commercial analysis.
- MBA or familiarity with the automotive OEM/Tier-1 ecosystem and forecasting cycles.
- Experience with automotive market databases such as S&P Global Mobility or IHS.
