What you will do
- Manage end-to-end supply planning for solar tracker components across castings, electromechanical subsystems, stampings, steel tubes, foundations, and other commodities.
- Allocate suppliers based on customer schedules, supply capacity, supplier agreements, and inventory levels.
- Analyze item-level demand and forecasts against capacity to identify supply risks and plan capacity ramp-up or ramp-down scenarios for new product introduction parts.
- Monitor vendor delivery performance, provide early alerts on schedule gaps, and coordinate recovery plans to reduce project delays and penalties.
- Coordinate suppliers and internal Procurement, Sourcing, NPI, Logistics, Program Management, and Delivery teams as the vendor point of contact.
- Lead supplier meetings and quarterly business reviews, support Anaplan adoption, and prepare supply planning reports and presentations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of experience in supply planning, preferably in manufacturing.
- Experience with S&OP, demand planning, strategic planning, and supply chain best practices.
- Expert Microsoft Excel skills, including Power Query, Power Pivot, and Solver.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to meet deadlines, achieve goals, and take ownership of supplier and planning outcomes.

- APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
