Senior Product Analyst (AI Robotics)

What you will do

• Own data pipelines for product performance, telemetry, and customer usage behavior.
• Define and report Product Team OKRs, feature adoption metrics, and product performance insights.
• Model the impact of software-enhanced hardware optimizations across aerospace, maritime, mining, and other applications.
• Support product discovery, ROI modeling, strategic planning, competitive intelligence, and market sizing.
• Translate field-testing data and customer support escalations into prioritized engineering requirements.
• Collaborate with R&D, Engineering, Sales, Customer Support, data engineering, and platform teams to improve telemetry tools and product decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field such as Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science.
• 5+ years of experience in product analytics, data analytics, systems analysis, or a similar analytical role.
• Advanced SQL and Python or R skills, with experience building interactive dashboards in Tableau or Power BI.
• Ability to work with technical concepts including IMUs, GNSS, robotics, sensor fusion, or acoustics.
• Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel or Amplitude, or with cloud-based telemetry platforms.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, product management frameworks, statistical analysis, and cross-functional communication.
