Risk Analyst (Payments)

hirify.global provides payment technology and software solutions for credit, debit, prepaid, and merchant services through its Greek joint venture, NBG Pay.

What you will do

• Maintain risk policies, standards, risk appetite, tolerance thresholds, and key risk indicators.
• Prepare risk reports and presentations for business leadership.
• Monitor operational risk events, issues, and incidents, and update the RCSA register.
• Work with business units to strengthen controls and evaluate vendors using GRC tools.
• Manage the ICT vendor inventory and reporting requirements under EBA guidelines and DORA.
• Oversee business continuity and disaster recovery plans and support internal and external audits.

Requirements

• University degree in business administration, economics, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of risk management experience in a regulated environment, preferably financial services.
• Experience in operational risk management and familiarity with payment-industry regulatory requirements.
• Excellent written and spoken Greek and English.
• Strong analytical, communication, report-writing, presentation, prioritization, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure with multiple priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience with ICT and security frameworks in the payments industry, including DORA, ISO/IEC 27001, or PCI DSS.
