Payments Officer (iGaming)

📌Payments Officer
📍Location: Limassol, Cyprus full time

📍Role Summary:
We are looking for a Payments Officer to ensure smooth and secure processing of deposits and withdrawals, monitor payment flows, handle payment-related issues, and work closely with PSPs, Risk, Finance, IT/Product and Customer Support teams.

📎Responsibilities:
🟠Monitor incoming and outgoing transactions, including deposits and withdrawals
🟠Review and approve/decline withdrawal requests according to company policies and SLA
🟠Investigate stuck or failed transactions and coordinate with PSPs and technical teams
🟠Perform initial KYC/AML checks and identify suspicious transaction patterns
🟠Handle chargebacks and communicate with acquiring banks
🟠Monitor the performance of payment methods and identify downtime or processing issues
🟠Support testing and integration of new payment methods with IT/Product teams
🟠Reconcile daily payment reports with internal back-office records
🟠Assist Customer Support with complex payment-related cases

📎Requirements:
🟠1–3 years of experience in Payments, Back Office or Fraud within Forex or iGaming
🟠Good understanding of PSPs, payment gateways, e-wallets and crypto transactions
🟠Knowledge of SEPA / SWIFT payments
🟠Strong Excel skills — VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables
🟠Experience with CRM and back-office systems (Panda, MT4/5, proprietary iGaming platforms or similar)
🟠Strong attention to detail and ability to identify anomalies in transaction data
🟠Fluent English — written and spoken
🟠Willingness to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends

📎Nice to Have:
🟠Experience with multiple payment methods: Cards, Wire, Skrill, Neteller, Crypto
🟠Experience with chargebacks, fraud prevention and transaction monitoring
🟠Additional languages
