Software Engineer (AI)

Location: On-site at the NYC office in New York, NY; relocation to the United States is supported.

Salary: $200,000–$230,000 per year, plus equity and bonus.

What you will do

• Build product features and platform systems across the stack.
• Develop backend services and APIs for financial workflows and analytics.
• Implement AI-powered workflows for invoice, deduction, and retailer report processing.
• Scale systems that ingest financial data from multiple retailer sources.
• Build analytics and forecasting tools for CPG brands.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to ship high-impact features quickly.

Requirements

• 2+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong programming fundamentals and backend development skills.
• Ability to build and ship production software.
• Interest in solving complex operational and data problems.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/ML-powered systems.
• Experience with data pipelines or analytics systems.
• Strong communication skills and cross-functional collaboration experience.
• Interest in early-stage startups and high-ownership environments.
• Computer science degree or equivalent experience.
