Salary: $120,000–$190,000 per year, excluding equity

hirify.global is developing organ-scale reversible cryopreservation technology to preserve donated organs below freezing without ice formation and rewarm them uniformly for transplantation.

What you will do

• Develop and deploy integrated perfusion, cooling, and rewarming systems.
• Work across mechanical, electrical, and software engineering stacks.
• Design and fabricate mechanical components using rapid prototyping and 3D printing.
• Design electrical circuits from protoboards through PCBs.
• Write control software in C++ and Python.
• Collaborate with scientists and interdisciplinary engineering teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• Mechanical design and fabrication experience, including rapid prototyping or 3D printing.
• Experience designing electrical circuits from protoboard to PCB.
• Object-oriented programming experience in C++ and Python.
• Experience writing control software.
• Track record of exceptional engineering and ability to work in a fast-paced team.

Nice to have

• Experience with fluidic circuits, heat exchange, or perfusion systems.
• Experience working in a research biology context.
