Solana Blockchain Engineer (Solana)

hirify.global is building a purpose-built blockchain and DomainFi infrastructure for tokenizing domain names and connecting traditional DNS with Web3 naming technologies.

What you will do

• Research, design, implement, deploy, and monitor the DOMA Protocol on Solana.
• Develop and maintain Solana programs for domain tokenization, name resolution, secondary trading, and lending and borrowing.
• Build backend services integrating Solana with DNS registry and registrar infrastructure.
• Develop smart contract integrations using Solana standards including SPL Token, Metaplex, and Token-2022.
• Improve protocol scalability, performance, and security through testing, debugging, code reviews, and optimization.
• Collaborate with product and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical specifications and features.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional backend development experience with Node.js and MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• At least 3 years of blockchain development experience using Solidity or Rust.
• Extensive Solana experience, including smart contract development and deployment.
• Knowledge of blockchain bridges, oracles, indexers, DeFi, NFT marketplaces, distributed systems, consensus algorithms, and storage subsystems.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with Git, Agile methodologies, testing, debugging, and collaborative software development.

Nice to have

• DevOps experience with Kubernetes, DigitalOcean, Google Cloud, AWS, and Linux.
• Familiarity with NestJS and GraphQL.
• Experience creating or maintaining blockchain oracles.
