Location: Must be based in or able to work from Palo Alto, London, or Zurich

What you will do
- Learn the mechanics of real-time world models, including data, model architecture, and diffusion algorithms.
- Implement state-of-the-art ML algorithms, define performance metrics, and iterate on leaderboards.
- Optimize training and inference efficiency by exploiting the latest features on modern GPUs.
- Take ownership of the full ML stack, including core frameworks used by researchers and product engineers.
- Contribute to a team defining the cutting-edge world model space.
Requirements
- 1+ years of software engineering experience with significant work in ML performance.
- 2+ years of dedicated ML experience.
- Proven track record of owning projects end-to-end.
- Proficiency with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Highly experiment-driven mindset with the ability to learn from failed experiments.
- Willingness to work across all stages of an ML pipeline.
