Global Configuration Manager (ServiceNow)

What you will do

• Define and execute the CMDB and CSDM evolution roadmap across two ServiceNow production environments.
• Establish and lead the Configuration Control Board, including CI ownership, lifecycle rules, relationship standards, and exception handling.
• Design automated health dashboards, data-quality safeguards, and remediation workflows using the Identification and Reconciliation Engine.
• Maintain configuration management controls, audit evidence, and change traceability for security, policy, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate Asset, Change, Security, Compliance, and Service Owner stakeholders while developing implementation roadmaps and training programs.

Requirements

• Comprehensive ServiceNow CMDB architecture experience, including IRE and Health Dashboards.
• Demonstrated experience implementing the Common Service Data Model to connect technical architecture and assets with business and technical services.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases, complex relationship modeling, and data ingestion.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Service Graph Connectors, or third-party enterprise integrations.
• Ability to communicate CMDB health metrics and CSDM governance models to technical teams, auditors, and senior business leaders.
• Expected to work from the Prague office, except during PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
