Device Management Specialist (Workspace ONE)

What you will do

• Act as the Tier-3 SME escalation point for enterprise endpoint management.
• Define and enforce standards for enrollment, policies, packaging, and compliance across multiple OSes.
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and problem-solving activities.
• Manage patch and vulnerability strategies, including phased rollouts and pilots.
• Develop runbooks and provide coaching to Tier-2 support teams.
• Secure technical changes through CAB discipline and governance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in EUC/UEM/Device Management with Tier-3 troubleshooting responsibilities.
• Strong expertise in Workspace ONE (profiles, compliance, automation).
• Proficiency in PowerShell and fundamentals of Bash/Python and API usage.
• Knowledge of PKI/SCEP and Entra ID device access principles.
• Understanding of ITIL v4 (Incident/Problem/Change) and RCA methodologies.
• English: B1 level minimum required.

Nice to have

• Advanced packaging and deployment engineering (Win32, MSIX, macOS pkg).
• Certifications: Omnissa/VMware Workspace ONE, Jamf 200/300, or ITIL v4 Foundation.
• Proficiency in French or Italian.
