Senior AI Architect for Business Systems (Generative AI)

Location: Open to Dayton, Ohio or Westminster, Colorado; in-office. Travel requirement: 0%.

Salary: $160,900–$221,300 annually; bonus eligible and not commission eligible.

What you will do

• Architect and lead technical execution of AI Center of Excellence initiatives aligned with global business objectives.
• Design and implement Generative AI solutions using AWS, Azure, Google Gemini, and Google Cloud Platform, including model selection, prompt design, orchestration, and governance.
• Build autonomous systems and multi-agent orchestrations with n8n and Model Context Protocol.
• Integrate AI capabilities with Oracle Fusion, ERP, databases, integrations, and Salesforce Sales, Service, Data Cloud, and APIs.
• Define scalable architectures for data ingestion, enrichment, inference, security, observability, ModelOps, privacy, and responsible AI.
• Support proofs of concept, pilots, and production rollouts; optimize performance and GCP costs; collaborate with stakeholders and delivery teams; mentor data engineers and AI developers.

Requirements

• 8+ years of overall technology experience, including 3–5+ years in AI/ML or Generative AI architecture.
• Proven experience designing AI solutions with Google Gemini, Google Cloud Platform, and the Google ecosystem, including Vertex AI, BigQuery, Cloud Functions, APIs, IAM, logging, and monitoring.
• Deep experience with LLMs, Generative AI workflows, RAG architectures, agents, embeddings, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, vector stores, grounding, agent orchestration, and MLOps.
• Strong experience integrating Oracle Fusion, ERP, databases, and integrations with Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud, APIs, and Data Cloud using API-driven patterns.
• Proven experience with RPA integrated with AI, including UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or similar tools.
• Strong background in API design, microservices, modern cloud-native architectures, and data pipelines and transformation for structured and unstructured data.
• Strong understanding of security, compliance, governance, data privacy, access control, explainability, and ethical AI deployment.
• Ability to work independently, make architectural decisions, manage ambiguity, choose pragmatic solutions, and document architecture, decisions, and patterns clearly.
• Strong working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and Agile/Scrum methodologies; exceptional communication skills with non-technical stakeholders and C-suite executives.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle Fusion AI Studio, Oracle OCI, Salesforce Einstein, Agentforce, or Mulesoft.
• Experience with multi-agent orchestration frameworks such as n8n and Model Context Protocol.
• Experience combining RPA tools with advanced Generative AI.
