Principal AI Solutions Architect

Location: Florida, USA; work primarily during U.S. business hours, with work-from-home opportunities.

Salary: $135,600–$238,600 base compensation range, with potential commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.

What you will do

• Lead customer initiatives from solution architecture and technical design through development, testing, deployment, and knowledge transfer.
• Architect scalable self-service, IVR, conversational AI, generative AI, and agentic virtual agent solutions.
• Design and maintain IVR applications, NLU bots, virtual agents, routing applications, and voice and digital interaction flows.
• Integrate hirify.global solutions with external systems, APIs, web services, bot platforms, and supporting applications.
• Lead technical delivery, Agile collaboration, customer workshops, solution demonstrations, and implementation planning.
• Create test strategies, support QA and UAT, deliver customer training, and provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience designing, developing, or delivering commercial IVR, routing, conversational bot, or customer experience applications.
• 5+ years of experience developing voice or digital bots with Google Dialogflow, Amazon Lex, or comparable conversational AI platforms, including webhook or fulfillment development.
• Experience architecting IVR applications involving telephony, web services, caching, prompt servers, ASR, integrations, and operational diagnostics.
• Practical knowledge of generative AI, agentic AI, speech-recognition technologies, ASR grammar definition, and tuning.
• Customer-facing technical consulting experience and strong software development and integration skills using APIs.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills and availability primarily during U.S. business hours.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with hirify.global Cloud, Architect, Dialog Engine, Composer, Designer, or Intelligent Automation.
• Production experience with Google Dialogflow or Amazon Lex.
• Programming experience with Java, C#, PHP, or comparable languages.
• Generative AI architecture, orchestration, or agentic AI experience in enterprise environments.
