Infrastructure Engineer (ML)

Location: New York City, on-site

Salary: $160K–$220K per year plus equity

What you will do

• Architect a highly available, low-maintenance distributed inference system.
• Build real-time production services with very low latency and stable P99 performance.
• Lead observability, on-call operations, and service reliability.
• Develop safe production rollout processes with ML, software, and mobile engineers.
• Implement data pipelines for user-facing features and internal tooling.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript.
• Experience shipping consumer-facing interactive real-time services.
• At least 2 years owning a live production system serving a large number of users in a small team.
• At least 2 years working on large infrastructure teams, such as at Google or Meta.
• Technical leadership experience and strong ownership of healthy live services.
