Infrastructure Engineers (AI)

Location: New York City, United States; work is on-site.

Salary: $150,000–$300,000 per year, plus equity.

What you will do

• Design and build scalable infrastructure for an AI-powered knowledge engine processing structured and unstructured financial data.
• Implement security-first architecture for private cloud deployments, including data governance for regulated financial environments.
• Build ingestion pipelines for structured feeds such as CapIQ and unstructured sources such as SharePoint.
• Develop monitoring, alerting, access controls, and audit trails for the BYOC platform and traceable AI interactions.
• Partner with AI Research and Product teams on LLM inference, training workloads, and agent infrastructure.
• Establish CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code practices across multiple cloud providers.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in infrastructure or platform engineering.
• Strong experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure, plus containerization and Kubernetes.
• Security-focused approach and experience with data governance, preferably in regulated industries.
• Experience with data pipelines, real-time processing, and ETL technologies.
• Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and observability tools, including Datadog.
• Experience with AI platforms such as SageMaker or Bedrock.

Nice to have

• Understanding of SOC, SOX, GDPR, and financial services compliance requirements.
• Experience working in a startup environment.
