Location: Quezon City, Philippines; on-site client support and training required

What you will do

  • Deliver simple technical training content by following standardized course syllabi.
  • Conduct structured training sessions to build foundational knowledge in assigned topics.
  • Support learner engagement and effective knowledge transfer.
  • Participate in on-site client support and training.
  • Accompany and support higher-level trainers and managers as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Prior professional experience is not strictly required.
  • Ability to deliver structured training using standardized materials.
  • Relevant training delivery or subject matter experience is beneficial for learner engagement.

Nice to have

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience managing the full training lifecycle, including analysis, design, delivery, and evaluation.
  • Relevant training certification.
  • Proficiency in a second language.
