UI Developer (Automotive)

What you will do

• Design and build applications and user-interface features using automotive UI development toolchains.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Software Engineers to deliver scalable, easy-to-use applications.
• Follow defined development processes to maintain quality and accountability throughout projects.
• Research and propose new toolchains and frameworks to improve development efficiency and system stability.

Requirements

• Background in real-time computer graphics and/or UI software development.
• Experience developing user interfaces and working with 3D engines such as Unity.
• Experience with source control systems such as Perforce and understanding of the Model-View-Controller paradigm.
• Familiarity with software project management and agile methodology.
• Bachelor’s degree in Automotive, Embedded Software, Mechanical, Systems Engineering, or Computer Science, plus 5+ years of work experience.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and advocate for technology direction.

Nice to have

• Experience with embedded systems, automotive software, Unity, or state machines.
• Innovation demonstrated through patents, papers, or products.
