Senior Software Engineer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Design and develop high-volume, low-latency systems operating 24/7 with zero downtime.
• Own the full lifecycle of complex systems from design through production.
• Build resiliency and reliability through prevention, observability, and rapid recovery.
• Collaborate with product and business teams to turn ambiguous problems into concrete solutions.
• Make pragmatic architectural decisions and continuously improve maintainability and operational excellence.
• Mentor engineers through technical guidance, feedback, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Strong software development experience and a solid engineering foundation.
• Experience designing scalable and reliable systems, including distributed systems, concurrency, and data consistency.
• Experience with transactional systems, critical data flows, and event-driven or asynchronous architectures.
• Understanding of monitoring, alerting, and production systems.
• Strong communication, ownership, accountability, and outcome-focused delivery skills.
• Ability to use AI tools productively while maintaining engineering rigor.
