Propulsion Test Engineering Intern (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Assist engineers with designing, setting up, and operating propulsion test stands.
• Help instrument test setups and monitor test conditions during engine and system-level campaigns.
• Analyze performance data to support system improvements and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to refine test processes and improve safety procedures.
• Support hypersonic aircraft development in a hands-on testing environment.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a STEM program at an accredited college or university as a third- or fourth-year undergraduate, Master's, or Ph.D. student.
• Practical experience designing, building, and testing vehicles through internships, studies, or projects.
• Strong interest in propulsion systems and testing, with a solid understanding of engineering first principles.
• Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams and communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
• GPA of 3.0 or above.
• Must be a U.S. person or otherwise eligible for deemed export licensing under U.S. export-control requirements.
