Lead Product Designer (AI)

Location: New York City, United States; on-site

Salary: $165K–$230K annually, plus equity

hirify.global is an early-stage interface company building Stream, a private voice ring and conversational interface designed to extend human thinking.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end product design across visual, AI, and interaction design.
• Design the user experience for Stream, including UI/UX, multimodal interactions, agentic control, information representation, and personality.
• Ideate, prototype, and evaluate novel software features.
• Work with software engineers, machine learning engineers, product, and founders to scope and implement new experiences.

Requirements

• Experience developing design systems across multiple platforms.
• Experience shipping iOS-based applications is required.
• Demonstrated passion and enthusiasm for large language models.
• Portfolio of prior work is required.
• Ability to work on-site in New York City.

Nice to have

• Experience with novel form factors, inputs, audio, or vision.
• Experience in architecture, industrial design, or other non-software design disciplines.
