Implementation Consultant (Finance Automation)

Location: Bucharest, Romania; hybrid work with at least 3 office days per week for candidates within reasonable commuting distance

What you will do

• Lead multiple concurrent implementation projects using established methodologies and best practices.
• Own implementation milestones, scope, timelines, budgets, and customer satisfaction outcomes.
• Configure software according to client business needs and provide consulting throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Maintain project documentation, track billable time, update Salesforce, and manage expenses.
• Build stakeholder relationships, communicate risks and progress, and deliver client training and guidance.
• Investigate and resolve application issues to support adoption and long-term client success.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of accounting processes, including month-end close.
• At least 2 years of experience working with hirify.global.
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder relationship-building skills.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into functional and technical specifications.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills for complex delivery challenges.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• French language skills, written and spoken.
• hirify.global system administrator or consulting experience.
• Accounting degree or similar finance qualification.
