Visual Designer (Web3)

Location: USA and Global; hybrid

hirify.global is building a purpose-built blockchain for DomainFi, enabling domain tokenization and DeFi applications for the domain-name asset class.

What you will do

• Develop and evolve Doma Protocol’s visual language, including color systems, typography, iconography, illustration styles, and motion principles.
• Create marketing-site visuals, landing pages, campaign assets, pitch decks, one-pagers, datasheets, infographics, comparison charts, and ecosystem maps.
• Produce social content such as announcement graphics, data visualizations, memes, and short-form video clips.
• Design event materials, conference booth visuals, panel slides, merchandise, and other physical brand assets.
• Support product marketing and go-to-market campaigns for domain token launches, protocol upgrades, and partnership announcements.
• Collaborate with product design, marketing, product, and business development teams on brand execution and campaign concepts.

Requirements

• 3+ years of visual design experience in Web3, ideally with DeFi protocols, infrastructure projects, or NFT platforms.
• Portfolio covering brand identity systems, marketing campaigns, social content, and presentation design.
• Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and modern design tools.
• Strong brand-systems thinking, typography, layout, collaboration, and feedback skills.
• Crypto cultural fluency and the ability to work quickly while maintaining high-quality execution.
• Experience in DeFi and Domains is required.

Nice to have

• Motion design, video editing, 2D/3D animation, or kinetic typography experience.
• Photography, art direction, or photo and video shoot direction experience.
• Front-end awareness, including HTML/CSS basics and design-system implementation.
• Experience with crypto token launches, campaign-driven marketing, meme culture, or domain projects.
