What you will do

• Maintain and evolve integrated P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
• Own OPEX monitoring, identify cost drivers, and ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Act as a finance sparring partner for Sales, Marketing, and Product leads to track ROI and manage budgets.
• Monitor and analyze SaaS-specific KPIs including ARR, NRR, and CAC Payback.
• Lead rolling forecasts and support the annual budgeting process.
• Prepare monthly reporting packages and contribute to Board decks and investor updates.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Controlling.
• Expert-level knowledge of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow integration.
• Strong understanding of revenue recognition and recurring revenue business models.
• Full professional proficiency in English is required.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with BI tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
• Must be based in Spain or able to work from the Madrid office.

Nice to have

• Experience in fast-paced SaaS or Big Four environments.
• Professional proficiency in German.
