Associate Solutions Engineer (Web3)

Location: Los Angeles, CA; open to candidates already in Los Angeles or willing to relocate there

hirify.global is building a purpose-built blockchain for DomainFi, enabling domain tokenization and DeFi applications for the domain-name asset class.

What you will do

• Provide pre-sales technical support to registrars and domain-industry partners, explaining platform capabilities, APIs, and integration models.
• Capture customer requirements and technical constraints, shape solution approaches, and coordinate responses with internal owners.
• Track integration timelines, milestones, blockers, and risks from contract signing through go-live.
• Coordinate Product, Engineering, Legal, and Operations while providing customers with clear status updates.
• Write integration guides, API documentation, FAQs, tutorials, walkthrough videos, sample scripts, and code snippets.
• Use AI tools and build lightweight internal tooling to improve documentation, customer research, workflows, APIs, and developer experience.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, technical support, developer relations, technical project management, integrations, or a similar role.
• Strong written communication and the ability to explain technical concepts to engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to read code and write small scripts or sample integrations in Python, JavaScript, Go, or a similar language.
• Demonstrated daily fluency with AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, or ChatGPT.
• Organized, self-directed, and able to own timelines and follow-through independently.
• Curiosity about the domain industry, internet infrastructure, and Web3.

Nice to have

• Experience with registrars, DNS, ICANN, or internet infrastructure.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, or distributed systems.
• Web3, blockchain, or tokenization experience, including personal projects.
• Experience with Mintlify, ReadMe, GitBook, or similar documentation tools.
• Open-source contributions, developer community involvement, or a portfolio of projects.
