Performance QA Engineer

What you will do

• Design and execute performance, load, and scalability tests for core product components.
• Build and maintain realistic enterprise-grade test environments and complex topologies.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and system limits through rigorous analysis.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to resolve performance issues.
• Perform root cause analysis on performance problems reported by customers and support teams.
• Manage and evolve performance test labs, including configuration and monitoring.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in performance or load testing.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows and/or Linux system administration.
• Strong understanding of system internals including CPU, memory, storage, and networking.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify performance risks and bottlenecks.
• English proficiency for daily communication in an international team.

Nice to have

• Experience with database profiling (SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Scripting or automation experience with Python.
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools like Ansible or Terraform.
