Senior Automation Test Engineer (AI)

Location: Prague, Czech Republic; hybrid schedule with three days in the office and two remote days per week

Salary: Kč1,068,412–Kč1,282,076 per year

What you will do

• Build, maintain, and execute integration and contract tests using the Pact framework.
• Run automated tests and analyze test results.
• Use AI tools to improve testing speed and efficiency as part of shift-left initiatives.
• Suggest product and usability improvements within the Product-Oriented Delivery framework.
• Collaborate with other testers to develop testing skills and improve testing tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience scripting integration-level automation tests.
• 3+ years of experience with Python.
• Experience designing and developing automation frameworks.
• Understanding of testing and software development life cycle methodologies.
• Knowledge of REST API testing, SQL, AWS services, and Git.
• Willingness to work in the Prague hybrid model, with three office days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with Selenium or Playwright.
• Experience with AI.
• Strong analytical skills and a commitment to continuous testing improvement.
• Knowledge of the financial industry and trading systems.
